The Coastal Virginia Chamber of Commerce believes it’s important to have an awareness of how interconnected world commerce is through our global economy. As part of our educational programs, the CVCC has established the Global Initiative by donating interactive globes to underserved children.

Globes offer a unique perspective of location. Kids can visually connect an understanding of a country situated on a water port may have access to more resources versus a country who is landlocked. Or how the size of a country may affect its economy because of its population and resource availability.

CVCC is donating interactive globes to underserved communities throughout Coastal Virginia.
